How a run comes together

It is a straightforward process, and the part people underestimate is lead time rather than artwork.

You send us a logo or a print‑ready file. We come back with the label spec for the bottle format you want, a proof, and the minimum for that run. Once you sign off the proof, the labelled cases join your normal delivery — same truck, same route day, no separate logistics.

If you are running it for a specific date — a closing, a launch, an all‑hands — tell us the date first. That determines everything else.

What is the minimum order?

There is one, and it depends on the bottle format and whether it is a standing order or a one‑off run. We will tell you the number for your specific case before you commit to anything — it is the first thing we send back, along with the label spec.

What artwork do you need?

A print‑ready file is ideal. A logo alone is a perfectly normal starting point and we will tell you what we need to turn it into a label. Either way you see a proof and sign off before anything is printed.

Can we do a one-off run for an event?

Yes, and a lot of Manhattan private label is exactly that — a closing, a launch, a recruiting day. Tell us the date first, because lead time is what determines whether it is possible, not the design.

Does it come on our normal delivery?

Yes. That is the point of running it through us rather than a promotional supplier — the labelled cases land on your existing route day with the rest of your order, on one invoice, with no separate delivery to schedule through your freight elevator.

Can we reorder the same design?

Yes. Once artwork is approved we keep it on file, so a repeat run is a quantity and a date rather than starting over.

What bottle sizes can be labelled?

Case goods rather than the returnable jugs — the single‑serve formats you would put on a conference table. Tell us the setting and we will recommend the size that suits it.
