We are a delivery and service operation focused on one borough. The water we deliver is sourced, bottled, and quality‑tested by TriBeCa Beverage Company.

What we do and what we don’t
We don’t bottle water. We deliver and service it, in Manhattan, and that focus is the whole point.
Our water comes from TriBeCa Beverage Company, a bottler operating out of 23 Carol Street in Clifton, New Jersey. They handle sourcing, multi‑stage filtration, bottling, sanitizing returned bottles, and water quality testing. Their spring, alkaline, and distilled products are what arrive at your office, and their quality reports are what we hand over when a client asks for documentation.
What we own is the Manhattan side: route planning around freight elevators and dock windows, keeping certificates of insurance current with managing agents, cooler installation and sanitizing, and being responsive when something goes wrong. That’s the part that determines whether office water is invisible or a recurring annoyance.

How we think about the job
Predictable beats fast
A fixed route day you can plan around is worth more than an occasional rush delivery. We’d rather tell you Thursday and mean it than promise same‑day and miss.
Paperwork is our job
Chasing a vendor for an expired COI is not a good use of an office manager’s week. We track ours and renew before it lapses, without being asked.
No lock-in
Month‑to‑month, every account. If the service is good you’ll stay, and if it isn’t, a contract shouldn’t be what keeps you.
Our water is supplied and bottled by TriBeCa Beverage Company. We handle the Manhattan side — routing, building access, and service.
