Built for how Manhattan apartments actually work
Most water delivery companies are built around suburban houses with a garage and a porch. Manhattan is a different problem: no car to haul cases from the store, a kitchen with no room for a floor‑standing cooler, and a fifth‑floor walk‑up with no elevator.
We plan for that. If you have a doorman, we leave with the front desk. If you don’t, we bring it to your door — stairs included. And in a small kitchen we’ll usually steer you to 3‑gallon bottles and a countertop dispenser rather than a full‑size cooler you’ll resent.

Home delivery questions
Do you really deliver to walk-ups?
Yes. Tell us the floor when you set up the account so the driver plans for it. We’d gently suggest 3‑gallon bottles rather than 5 for anything above the third floor — not because we won’t carry them, but because you’ll be handling them at the other end.
What if I'm not home?
In a doorman building we leave it with the front desk, which is what most of our residential customers do. Without a doorman we’ll need someone home, or you can leave instructions for a super or a neighbor. We’ll text before the stop.
Can I add my apartment to my company's account?
Yes, and a lot of our office clients do exactly that. It can be billed separately from the company account — just tell us how you want it split when you set it up.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No minimum and no contract. Skip deliveries when you travel, pause for the summer, cancel whenever. We just ask for the empties and any rented dispenser back.
