Our densest office coverage. The buildings here split sharply between modern FiDi towers with formal dock scheduling and cast‑iron loft buildings in Tribeca and SoHo where the “freight elevator” is a genuine freight elevator with an operator and a schedule of its own.

- Narrow streets and restricted truck hours below Canal
- Older risers and rooftop tanks — sediment filtration comes up often here
Midtown
14th Street to 59th Street
The highest concentration of large offices in the city, and the tightest freight scheduling. Hudson Yards and the Penn District towers run modern dock systems with app‑based booking; the loft buildings around Flatiron and NoMad frequently have no loading dock at all and service entry is a street‑level door on a side street.

59th Street to Inwood
More residential than commercial, with a strong medical and professional‑office component around the hospital corridors on both sides of the park. A lot of pre‑war housing stock, which means more walk‑ups and more interest in filtration.
What we plan for here
- Medical and dental offices — distilled water and certificates of analysis
- Doorman buildings: front desk drop‑off as standard
- Walk‑up delivery available — we suggest 3‑gallon bottles above the third floor
- Pre‑war stock: lead‑reduction filtration specified where requested
