Same truck, same route day
Coffee and pantry supplies, on the delivery you already take
Fraction‑pack coffee, tea, creamers, sweeteners, cups, cutlery and paper goods — stocked alongside your water so your office manager is dealing with one vendor and one invoice instead of four.
- Coffee, tea & hot chocolate
- Cups, lids & cutlery
- Creamers & sweeteners
- Paper goods & condiments
Coffee & hot drinks
Fraction packs are the workhorse — pre‑portioned, no scooping, no waste, and they suit any standard brewer.
Fraction-pack coffee
Premium blend, breakfast blend, Colombian, dark roast and decaf. Pre‑measured packs so every pot comes out the same regardless of who makes it.
Branded coffee
Folgers fraction packs where your office wants a name people recognise on the box rather than a house blend.
Tea
Lipton regular and decaf, green tea, lemon and Constant Comment. Enough range to stop the tea drinkers bringing their own.
Hot chocolate
Regular and Mars. Small line item, disproportionately noticed — especially between November and March.
Everything that goes next to the pot
The coffee is the easy part. What actually causes the mid‑week trip to the shop is running out of creamer, or stirrers, or the right size cup.
We carry the full accompaniment so the pantry gets restocked as one order on your route day: shelf‑stable creamers that don’t need fridge space, canister and packet sweeteners, and both sugar and Splenda so you’re not fielding requests.
If you tell us your headcount and roughly how heavy the coffee culture is, we’ll size the standing order and adjust it after the first couple of deliveries based on what you actually get through.
- Mini Moo’s creamers — original, French vanilla, hazelnut
- Non‑dairy creamer canisters
- Sugar packets and 20oz canisters
- Splenda packets
- No refrigeration needed for the creamers

Cups, cutlery and paper goods
Hot cups & lids
12oz hot cups with matching lids, plus 8oz paper cups by the sleeve for smaller pantries and satellite floors.
Water cups
7oz, 9oz and 12oz cups, plus cone cups by the sleeve for cooler‑side use where a stack of flat‑bottom cups won’t fit.
Cutlery
Heavy‑duty forks, knives and spoons by the box. The heavy grade matters — light cutlery is the thing people complain about.
Plates
Lightweight plates by the sleeve for everyday use, and firmer china‑style plates for client lunches and all‑hands.
Paper goods
Paper towels and two‑ply toilet tissue by the case — the supplies that are nobody’s job to order until they run out.
Condiments
Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper packets for offices that keep a lunch stock or run catered days.
Why put it on the water delivery
This only makes sense because the truck is already coming to your building.
- One vendor to chase. When the creamer is short, it’s the same person you already call about the water — not a separate account with a separate rep.
- One delivery to schedule. Every extra vendor is another freight elevator booking and another security clearance. Consolidating removes both.
- One invoice. Pantry supplies land on the same monthly statement as the water, itemised, with PO numbers and cost centres where your AP system needs them.
- One standing order to adjust. Headcount changes once and everything moves with it, instead of four separate conversations.
